Netrunner is a web-based platform offered on a subscription basis, operated from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and accessible to users worldwide. By using Netrunner, users acknowledge and agree that:

• The reports generated by Netrunner are based on data inputs provided by the user and/or connected third-party platforms, and may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or discrepancies.
• The accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the calculated tax liabilities, classifications, and transaction data are not guaranteed.
• Netrunner is offered “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Phase Labs Technologies Limited, its owners, directors, affiliates, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to any loss or penalty resulting from reliance on the tax reports produced, failure to comply with local tax laws, or decisions made based on report outputs.
• Netrunner's Unlimited Subscription is subject to the Fair Use Policy (Section 9, ToS at www.netrunner.tax/terms), capping usage at 100,000 transactions annually. Exceeding this limit may result in errors, restrictions, suspension, or termination of access without refund (per Sections 6.6, 9.4, and 9.5).
• Importing a wallet triggers an automatic blockchain scan for transactions, consuming your Fair Use Policy allocation (up to 100,000 annually per Section 9, ToS at www.netrunner.tax/terms)—regardless of later removal or report generation. Double-check wallet details before importing to avoid unintended usage.
